Tips for ensuring you get the full benefits of Drinking Water

Did you know humans can go without food for about two months, but we would die of thirst if we went more than a week or so without water? Yet, many of us live in a state of chronic dehydration and may not even realize it. 75% of your body is water and 90% of your brain is water. Water is very beneficial to our bodies and the more water you consume, the more likely you are to experience the amazing health benefits of  water. Can you remember what it feels like to be thirsty and then drink water? It is like an immediate rejuvenation. However, water is not just a remedy for thirst; thirst is a warning - a part of the body's natural defense mechanism - that your body's water level has run too low. This in turn means the body will not be able to function normally and illnesses will arise as a reaction to this.

Drinking water is truly the best way to achieve a healthy body.
Many doctors will agree that, water is of great help in curing some minor, even serious illnesses. Cancer, weight issues, diabetes, hearing and sight problems, headaches and even heart disease are some common illnesses that water can heal. Now water alone cannot easily cure these illnesses, what it does is provide proper hydration, which then optimizes conditions for normal functioning of your body.
Water provides energy, so cells are able to carry out their various functions, including repairing body tissues. Additionally, it helps to cleanse and reduce  toxin levels in the body, removing what are essentially disease causing agents. Drinking water is truly the most natural way of healing illnesses.

Always drink water for the sake of your body and health and not just because you are thirsty.
Make it a habit to reach for water; here's to your health, coffee, juice and soda will not suffice.
Keep a glass of water handy, there is no replacement for it. A word of caution though ...
Do not get too carried away and drink excess water. You can exceed the daily recommended water quota by a few glasses but keep in mind that as with all things, moderation is key.  Drinking too much water can be fatal!!! Have 8 glasses a day, as an ideal. More exacting is to drink half your body weight in fluid ounces, taking into account, of course, your level of activity and the temperature of your surroundings.

Frequency is equally important. Ideally, you want to be ingesting enough water to match your body's use throughout the day. Pace yourself - drink water before and during times of increased activity.
Quality of water is important too, the better it tastes, the more likely you are to drink it.

Water is  very essential to our bodies, and drinking water also helps reduce wrinkles in the face and serves as a natural health treatment to the various types of diseases affecting humans.

Drinking water is a good habit. Here are some tips for developing this good habit:
  1. Make a bet with a co-worker to see who can drink more water throughout the course of a day.
  2.  Have a big glass of water at every transitional point of the day: when you first get up, just before leaving the house, when you sit down to work, and so on.

  8.   Drink a diet soda only after you have had two to four glasses of water OR two (2) bottles of  16 oz Tropical Blue® Natural Spring Water . Eventually, you may find that you won't want the soda anymore.
  9.   Carry a small Tropical Blue® Natural Spring Water 8 oz water bottle at all times and drink during downtime, while waiting in a bank line or sitting on the bus.
  10.   Bring a two-liter bottle of water to work and try to drink it all before you leave work. If you did not finish, drink it in traffic on the way home.
